For Mother’s Day I made breakfast for my mom to celebrate all the good things she has done for me! She enjoys most of the good food I do and when I saw a tart pastry recipe in a Food and Wine Magazine, I knew it was the ticket to Sunday morning’s breakfast. It ended up being fantastic and my mom loved it! Well, at least that’s what she said. Mom, if you are reading this, feel free to comment. Remember, I am your favorite daughter, well your only daughter.
