Have you ever tried plantains? It was my first time making and trying them! I cut the plantains very thin, dipped them in a cinnamon and sugar mixture and baked them in the oven for 40 minutes. They turned out to be nice, crunchy chips. All you need is 3 simple ingredients…
Ingredients:

1 green plantain, peeled and sliced thin

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/8 cup cinnamon
Directions:

Mix together brown sugar and cinnamon.

Coat plantains in mixture, evenly on both sides.

Bake in oven on greased cookie sheet at 300F for 40 minutes.
