Yup, that’s whole wheat peanut butter pancakes and they were “um, um, good.”
I usually don’t eat pancakes during the week because I think they are a nice weekend treat. They are somtimes heavy and leave a nice, full feeling in your belly. That isn’t the best idea when you have to be productive for 8 hours straight. Anyway…I did make these before work one day last week, and I was FINE! You should do it, too.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup whole wheat flour

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 Tbsp brown sugar

1 tsp baking soda

1 egg
-
2 Tbsp peanut butter, melted

3/4 cup almond milk
-
2 Tbsp peanut butter chips (sprinkle on top)
Directions:

Mix all ingredients together.

Heat pan on medium heat and coat with spray or butter.

Pour medium sized pancakes in pan and allow to bubble and brown.
