You all know my love for chocolate and peanut butter…
Adapted from Buns in my Oven
Ingredients:

1 stick butter

3/4 cup brown sugar

3 cups oats
-
1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips plus 2 Tbsp

1/2 cup peanut butter
-
2 Tbsp peanut butter chips
Directions:

In large pot, melt butter – mixing in brown sugar and vanilla, stir well.

Mix in oats and continuously stirring, cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

In another small sauce pan, mix 1 cup chocolate chips and peanut butter together.

In greased 8 x 8 pan, pour half of oat mixture in bottom, press down.

Pour 3/4th of chocolate and peanut butter mixture over oats.

Add remaining oat mixture on top of chocolate.

Drizzle remaining peanut butter and chocolate on top.

Sprinkle 2 Tbsp chocolate chips and 2 Tbsp peanut butter chips on top.

Refrigerate 2 hours, cut and serve!
