garbanzo beans!
Ingredients:
2 hard boiled eggs
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
1Tbsp Dijon creamy mustard
1/2 cup garbanzo beans
1/2 tsp curry powder
salt & pep to taste
Directions:

Mix together all ingredients except beans.

Fold beans into mixture, gently coating with rest of ingredients.

Enjoy on homemade crescent roll!
