Simple ingredients for homemade pasta: whole wheat flour, egg, touch of oil
How to create: use 3/4 cup whole wheat flour, creating well in flour and add egg. Incorporate egg and flour together slowly with fingertips. Add touch of oil as needed to help mix together. When ball of dough is created, wrap with wet paper towel and place in refrigerator for a few hours. When ready, flour surface and using rolling pin, roll out dough until dough is thin. Cut with a pizza cutter into long strands like fettucine or spaghetti or other pasta cut of choice. Boil for 10 minutes or until tender. Add pasta toppings and ENJOY!
