Tis the season to have pumpkin…
In the mix:
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 3/4 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp agave nectar
- 4 ice cubes
Directions:
- Throw all ingredients in blender. When smooth, ENJOY!
*To really enjoy, add whip cream, sprinkle of cinnamon and a straw
