I made this wrap in the AM for lunch today. It took 5 minutes and is ready to be devoured by me at noon!
In the making:
- black beans simmered in taco seasoning according to package
- goat cheese
- chopped tomatoes
- chopped lettuce
- chopped onions
This is a nice way to make your wrap/taco vegetarian by swapping out traditional ground beef or turkey meat with black beans. You could also try refried beans! The bean and goat cheese combination is delicious. I seem to be in the mood for combination foods lately! Hot bananas and melted peanut butter, now beans and goat cheese.
It’s off to another busy day just as yesterday. Today, bakery work and church stuff!
