Have you ever tried these tofu noodles that taste very, very similar to pasta? They were delicious in this dish…
I followed the directions on the package and then and mixed them with tomatoes, garlic goat cheese and a basil paste. I also grilled peas and onions, chopped up a salad, and grilled a veggie burger. When you have a little one around, you must make it quick. Haha, that was lame, but it is my first full day as a dog owner. Ya hear me?!
